Privacy Policy

We collect only what is needed to take and deliver your order: your name, phone number and delivery address, and the items you order. If you enquire by WhatsApp or email, we also keep the messages you send us.

We use this information to confirm, pack and deliver your order, to contact you about it, and to answer your questions. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the delivery partner who carries your parcel and with Razorpay, our payment partner, as needed to process your payment.

Online payments are handled by Razorpay on its own secure page. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

The website stores your cart on your own device (browser storage) so that it is still there when you return. You can clear it from your browser settings at any time. To ask us to correct or delete your details, write to us using the contact details below.

Terms and Conditions

By using this website and placing an order you agree to these terms.
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are the MRP, inclusive of taxes. Prices and availability may change without notice. The price shown in your cart when you place the order is the price you pay.
Delivery charges, if any, are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before dispatch and are not part of the online payment unless we tell you otherwise.
Our products (dhoop, incense, camphor, hawan samagri, herbal oils, rose water, heeng and gift hampers) are for the uses described on the pack. Camphor and similar products are for ritual use only. Keep them away from children and flames, and read the pack before use.
Product photographs and colours are for illustration and may differ slightly from the pack you receive. Gift hamper pictures are illustrative.
We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price was shown wrongly, or the details given are incomplete. If you have already paid, the full amount is refunded.
All content on this website, including the name, logo, text and images, belongs to Brij Ki Mehak / Eco Homes and Industrial Solutions and may not be copied without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Faridabad, Haryana.

Shipping Policy

We deliver across India through courier and postal partners.
Orders are normally packed and dispatched within 2 to 4 working days of confirmed payment or confirmed order.
Delivery usually takes 4 to 10 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
Delivery charges, if any, are told to you on WhatsApp before dispatch. Online payment covers the product total.
We share the tracking details on WhatsApp once the parcel is dispatched.
Please check the parcel when it arrives. If it looks damaged, take a short video while opening it and contact us within 48 hours.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation: you can cancel an order before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp or email with your name and phone number. A cancelled, already paid order is refunded in full.
Returns: because these are fragrance, food and ritual products, we cannot take back opened or used items.
Damaged, leaking or wrong item: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos (and the opening video, if you have it). After we check, we send a replacement or refund the amount, whichever you prefer.
Refund method and time: refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or netbanking) and normally reach your account within 5 to 7 working days after we approve the refund. The exact time depends on your bank.
If money was deducted but you did not get an order confirmation, write to us with the payment ID and we will resolve it or refund you.
